Impression Kit

This kit will include 2 sets of different sized impression trays (Medium and Large), the instructions for taking your impressions, a tooth shade guide, a denture base shade guide (if needed), and a wax bite wafer. This kit will also include a waiver that will need to be signed and returned with the case and a free return shipping label.
